The sticky says to pour like 5 gallons of distilled water followed by gallons of ionized water then vinegar and repeating... is this overkill? It also reccomends an inline filter... neccesary?

I'm using a thermochill radiator, so I've heard there is an alternative to cleaning it out because of water something or other...

Tons of people will chime in on the loop order, but I have to say something about the filter. As soon as I did the super hot water treatment to my HE 120.3 I have not had the clouding issue as bad as before. Looks to be the answer for me.

I use a 5-7% ratio of Pentosin/demineralized water and alittle PT nuke and right as rain now:)

no need for a filter, it just adds unneeded restriction to your loop, just make sure everything is nice and clean (just rinse everything out with hot water first)
