What chips is Patriot PEP22G6400EL

Any Idea on what chips are used in this ram? the ram seem to have low latency for a 2Gb stick, any news on overclockability? no reviews around.

Hmm, I don't know but PC2-8000EL is Elpida.

I have one stick 1GB, Elpida chips (remove the heatspriders)
But is nice 860Mhz 4-4-4-12 1.95V stable.

All possibilities (googling) points to elpida. But not sure till someone opens it up.
