I just checked http://ramlist.infinityx.nl/ddr2/ and they now list the IC for G.Skill's 2GBNQ value ram as Elpida, Samsung, or Micron D9GMH!!!
I just ordered a set from NewEgg, and I'm expecting them tomorrow. In the likely event that they don't have D9's (ramlist says they're "very rare" in these modules), what should I expect from these modules? I haven't seen many DDR2-800 modules with Samsung IC's, only 533 and 667. Does Samsung DDR2 overclock as well as the old TCCD did on DDR?

Do a search here, I made a thread about my results and it has the results of many others here as well.

Samsung DDR2 is real crap that does NOT repond at all to voltages
expect something like 5-5-5-15 at 900 to 1000mhz from those sticks
