Ok I got a n64 and zelda ocarina of time for 10$ and I was woundering where to get that expansion pack thing so I can play majoras mask?

afaik you can play majoras without the expansion

Hmm ok I went around and I heard that you had to have the expantion or like only half the charictars were renderd LOL

No, You have to use the Expansion pak or otherwise the game will tell you that it cannot be played. Or just not boot. I don't remember exactly.
Either way its required for Majora.
