i am running an old apogee with a bix rad ek gtx block and d5 pump . ac is set at 78f so whatever that is . my idle temps are 39c load 59c . my rad is mounted in the bottom of a stacker to1 with 3 fans in pull set quiet .

the thing is my vcore is only 1.28 with a xeon @ 3.2ghz . with my temps here i don't have much more room for oc . wondering what i should do first for better temps .

pa 320 - fuzion - replace full block - push/pull fans

which would be the best way ? kinda sucks to change everything . i also have a mcr220 rad should i put that in the loop ? would my d5 still have the head i need ? so many ways to go

why don't you try changing rad first to the mcr220 see if that improves temps a bit. BIX is not so good performer i hear...
dual rad sounds good too, add another d5 for better head and redundancy would help you out also.
or maybe time to clean out the loop?

i'd also like to know about daisy chaining rads together w/ D5 and two blocks

i'd like to put two BIP3's together maybe ...

quick fix for the op - flip those fans to 12v lol

2 BIPs probably more restrictive than a single block....

i have tried the mcr220 , i had a bix 120.2 and purchased bix120.3 but it just took up to much room in my case . then i thought i would try the mcr220 cause i heard alot of good things , it was no better . then a finally picked up a stacker so i went back to the bix120.3 . so of all 3 rads no major temp change , that was with my e6600 . i have now been playing with a few other cpu's , looking to get my temps down abit more .
