I lol'ed pretty hard when i saw the pics, this is what you get when any major manufacturer tries to sell you a "liquid cooled" system. I wonder if this might happen with the new Dell or HP systems:p:

What is the guy complaining about? He had a juicy apple, better than a dry one :p:

it looks like the exact same coolant that they sell with the crappy thermaltake kits if anyone else noticed.

So wait... gfx card is bad due to a coolant leak, so the guy is replacing PSU (good thing since it is affected) logic board (mobo I assume) and processor. But no mention of replacing the gfx card? Brilliant! Unless maybe it has some integrated gfx crap.

Hmm... in that video they seemed to indicate that the coolant leak originated from underneath/near the pump. Perhaps a failure of the volume compensation system in that DDC?

food for thought, if apple never introduced a liquid cooled g5 would we have the ddc now?

$800 to replace a dual-core CPU? $250 for the power supply?

Yay for ramming you in the ass with a metal rod.

Sure. But then there would be less marketed for PCs, instead sold as hot-water
pumps (like the D5 still is). I don't know, never asked them - though they are
manufactured about 30-60 kms from here.
