coudn't see anything new in MIT when I press ctrl + f1

i don't have my ds3 anymore, but you need to be in the page with the fsb and all those settings when you hit ctrl+f1. is that called mit?

also, do you have one of those special keyboards that requires you to hit a function key or something?

hi dude, try to press the Ctrl+F1 in main menu. it'll appear new menu options, you can change the fsb there. try also to clear the cmos if nothing happens or update to newer bios.
anyway, welcome to XS :toast:

if you are having a NVIDIA card in the pc, that may be the problem.
when i tried to chagen even 1 mhz fsb the pc rebooted with everything on auto.
in my case i had to change the video card with an ATI, oc e few mhz and put the NVIDIA card back.
then oc'ing whas no problem anymore.

some report that its the fault of usb devices.

look here (http://forums.vr-zone.com/showthread.php?t=83335&page=2) for more info

Do a search on the ds3 and all of your questions will be answered in the official ds3 thread. ctrl f1 does work. You need to do more research. That board is picky about the memory and such. How much memory? You don't even have to push ctrl-f1 to change the fsb. here's a screen shot.

here is a link to the official gskill support page just for the ds3. gskill support for ds3 (http://67.90.82.13/forums/showthread.php?t=113994)
that should do it.
