Thanks, the D9DQW are Fatbody right?

I got an offer on 1Gb (2x512) XMS2-8000UL = D9DQW, are the worth anything?

Actually, 8000ul were usually D9DQT. Sometimes they were D9DQW if they met the bin.

D9DQW. All sets I had were.

Sticks are binned on the IC level doesn't matter what the marking is.

Exactly. v1.0 8000ul has DQT, v1.1 had both DQT and DQW, which probably explains why the last batch Newegg sold off recently all contained D9DQW. ;)

5300 is more typical of the DQW

D9DQT is like the GKX of fatbody, best bin

DQW was like the D9GMH

At the end of the day, it still came down to bin.

Well that ramlist you linked to sorta states that. But otherwise I pretty much only have my memory, which usually doesn't fail me in this regard. :p:

5400UL and 8000UL have D9 Fatbody ICs.

Just out of curiosity, how much are you going to pay for the kit?

Ummm...that doesn't exactly assist in this case, or probably in most, as all it sends under each model is the brand of chips used, not the model or p/n.
