If the stacker fits the price range I'd vote for it.

please define your meaning of performance - what type of system is going in the case? how many hard drives do you have?

telling us these things will help point us in the right direction to find the case that you'll be happy with

but so far I see your budget is probably going to be about $200 shipped for a case

being a huge Lian Li fan myself, I'd look into some of these choices:

PC-A16B:
http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=103_104&products_id=21171
$150

PC-7B Plus II:
http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=103_104&products_id=2709
$100

or if you're looking for a larger (full tower/server) case, then you may want to look into some of these

Ultra Aluminus: (this is basically a newer, updated version of the old Chieftech/Chenming dragon cases, very good quality case - don't let the name "Ultra" decieve you)
http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=103_304&products_id=3995
$100

or you can never go wrong with the classic Cooler Master Stacker:
http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=103_125&products_id=2505
$170

or the new stacker 810 (can only mount PSU @ bottom of case though):
http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=103_125&products_id=3526
$170

I have the silverstone one, and I've regretted it ever since it arrived at my home... thing weighs a ton, the front door thing broke and the cables for the front LCD stuff sucks, and whenever you turn it on the LCD screen gives out a LOUD beep and its generally hard to do stuff in it

The aluminus is very nice, and has treated me very well in terms of ventilation, etc. (remove the CPU duct and replace with an 80mm fan if your overclocking). I've also heard really good things about the Gigabyte cases, especially since they have both ventilation and lots of room. But then again, I prefer that style of case. Any of the above suggestions would probably work fairly well, it comes down to price and what you wouldn't mind staring at day after day :p:.

Yes my budget actually is $200 shipped, and if you have cases other than these to suggest that would be great since these are the only ones i could find for my price range.

I kinda want to stay away from the original Cooler Master Stacker because one of my friends already has it and i dont want the same case as his, i like the new Cooler Master Stackers a lot, but they are out of my price range at $260.

They look so kewl tho.

once you use a lian-li you will never consider another brand. if budget is a big priority i had an ultra aluminous as was mentioned above and would recommend it as a good case but a little on the flimsy side. if you can go a little more than 200 then the v1000b-plus2 from lian li is an awesome case.

I couldn't say it better myself... but personally I'm not a large fan of the inverted ATX style cases like the V-series

I would say that though i have owned the Thermaltake shark for nearly 3 years, and its been serviceable, overall a decent case. There are some things that will drive you crazy about it if your not willing to mod it up. the side grills means that if you have any fans in your case that are retail, or above 20-25 decibels its fairly noticeable. The system is only designed with moderate expandability into it, at least for me 5 bays isn't enough. overall I say a stacker has always looked like a great long term mod or generic build kit.

Since it seems like you have significantly changed your price range, I would recommend the Antec Solo: Product Link (http://www.antec.com/us/productDetails.php?ProdID=18500)

Excellent case, with 120mm rear fan (can fit 120mm cpu fan setups), and has silencing hdd mounting bands, etc. etc. Can usually be had for ~$80, sometimes goes on sale for ~$50.

If you still want to go with a large enthusiast case, I vote for the new coolermaster 83x series. Looks awesome, and can accept tons of large quiet (when set low) fans.
