I've the same ram and processor at 8x400 just different board and what I did to get the ram stable at 800Mhz was to set it to 1.9v which is +0.1 in bios that will get 4-4-4-10 timmings stable.
At 1.8v or 2.0v at 800Mhz BSOD in windows or just no boot.
