My 9500 is barely still alive... I accidentaly removed the solder pad from the FB leg of the vddq ic (9700 pcb) and managed to get a jumper soldered from that leg to the resistor that controls the voltage. The fragile 30 guage solid wire that's used to solder it scared the crap out of me... doesn't take much at all to break it off, so I put epoxy on the two joints. It held, and the card is still working fine. However, I've done a few more mods between then and now and want to give it another shot. What's a good way to remove the epoxy (vanilla 5 minute epoxy- the clear stuff) and leave a clean point that I can resolder the wires to?

Just the two-part stuff you buy off the shelf at near any hardware store... not much else to say lol
