Cleaning/Flushing system?

Hey, Just a question..

Im thinking of flushing and clean up my blocks... is it even worth it after 3 months? iam using distilled and the fluid u have in the cars in winter :)
dont know the english word for it.

and about flushing it , can i put water in one and of the system, and a bucket at the other, and just jump start the PSU and take power to the pump and flush water about 10 mins to clean it up? and the refill and Bleed the system, and clean the blocks?

The fluid in the cars is called antifreeze.

As long as you don't run the pump dry you should be fine doing a quickie flush that way.
