OCZ GamerXStream 700W PSU 12v misread?

My GamerxStream 700w PSU 12v rail is being misreported by Speedfan at 9.38v while Lavalys Everest Ultimate shows it at 12.2v? Which one should i go by and is there any other way to check the rail volts are accurate?

I would go with Everest b/c if it's at 9.38v you wouldn't be typing this. Use a multimeter to check if you're that worried though.

Never worry about software readings, they're all wrong.

Go out and invest in a DMM :)

At 9.38v your system would not operate or would certainly be a complete mess.

Using a Digital Volt Meter is the only accurate was to measure voltages.
