ill be frank with you all. i HATE the g5 paint job. i love the rust color, but nothing else is great. i was wondering what kind of paint i would use to get the glossy look of the g7, and if i could find it in that same rust color. any suggestions?

also if anyone has pics of their mice mods, id love to see them

thanks

go to google, type in "G15 forums" one of the results will lead to a forum with black'n'yellow colour scheme, find thread thats about 11 pages, in this thread is a bloke who painted his G15 & MX518...

use krylon, it adheres the best to plastics

i was thinking that stuff...?
im worried it might rub off though =\ (after a month or so of use)

and im getting scared that the mouse might get screwed up

I have used krylon on my laptop keys and mouse, been a good 3 months and they are still in good shape.

If you want the paint to last longer put a clear coat on about 15 minutes after the last coat of color. Also, make sure you let the paint sit for at least a week else it smudges/gets fingerprints. Make sure you follow the directions on the can as exact as possible.
