i recently finished my first self-built computer (see rig), and i'm ready to try OCing. I'm certain i can figure out the majority of the process through reading in forums and other sources, but i'd like to clarify a few settings and such before i try. I'm aiming for a 400FSB so i can 1:1 with the memory, so nothing too intense.

For the e6300,whats a safe load temp for 24/7? I haven't bought any after market cooling yet, so whats a decent FSB to reach on stock cooling? To get a 400FSB/2.8GHz clock, what voltages should i be looking at?(eVGA 680i)

As far as the first question, from what i've seen, keeping it under 60 celcius is the best idea. Is this correct? Keeping my hardware operational is pretty important to me after all!

This is all a learning experience for me, so excuse my lack of a clue, and the questions i'll have in response to your answers :)
