This week I just ordered 512mb of ddr 333 from Kingston and an asus a7v333. Great buy, or so I thought. Reading reviews on Anandtech, they said that Kingston Value Ram ddr 333 will work with all motherboards except the asus a7v333...is this for real?? Please, tell me that someone has ddr 333 and that a7v333...HELP!

I've also heard that Kingston Ram will not work with the A7V333, if you already ordered it I would see if it works first, and if not I'd try to return the ram and get some Samsung Or Corsair, especially if your gonna overclock you will be very happy with either of those 2 brands

Can't speak for him, but I guess he just had the regular error lockups.
Besides, Kingston RAM isn't for OC'ers/tweakers anyway, Kingston is perfect memory to use in servers, but look elsewhere if you're planning to push your system to its limits.
Samsung and Corsair are indeed good bets as mentioned above.

But nothing's to say that it couldn't run flawlessly, right?? Kingston themselves speak of no problems with the a7v333

I guess you'll have to try it and see what happens.

Heres a clip from review..The board features a single AGP Pro50 slot and 5 PCI slots. The AGP Pro50 slot really only makes sense for workstation-users, as the only cards that require it are made by 3D Labs. Of the three memory slots that are on-board, we were happy to find out that you can populate all three, without sacrificing the stability of the motherboard. Unfortunately here is also where we ran into the first problem with the A7V333; the board will not work with Kingston's DDR333 ValueRam at DDR333 speeds, though the same memory worked fine in all other motherboards. We've brought up the issue with ASUS but have not received an answer yet. We're not sure whether the problem is related to Kingston or ASUS at this point; seeing as how the memory worked fine in every other motherboard we're betting the blame is with ASUS for this one. The board worked just fine with all of the other DDR333 memory we tested.
