Product: 850w GamerXStream PSU
Problem: It makes a swooshing sound. It's usually only when I first turn the PC on after a while. And it usually goes away. I had my PC off for a full day and just plugged it in and it is still swooshing like crazy.
Kind of like a swooshing-buzzy sound I guess.

How long does it 'swoosh' for once turned on?
Could just be the fan running at 100% for a while?

it's been going for almost an hour
and the fan LED is bright at first then dims so I doubt it's on full

swooshing-buzzy.... is there a lot of air coming out the back, like the fan is on full or the fan itself just makes noise...not air related noise?
