pelt on back of mobo?

All,
Do you think it would make any difference putting a 226w tec/wbw on the back of a mobo, under the socket? I've already got one on top...
Try using some modeling clay to prep a smooth pad or the pelt/wb and maybe clamp it on...or utilize the screws from the top tec...
I just want a few degrees more ;)

Very interesting idea. I have not heard of anyone trying this, but I bet it would lower temps a few degrees. If you do this, please post your results. :D How would you remove heat from peltier?

I don't see how it would be practical in the least bit. Better put your mind to good use on figuring out how to make the water temp cooler =)
