I am about to buy this memory for my new intel build.

p5n32-sli
e6600

Is this the best set of ram for that price?

Here is the link

OCZ 8500 (http://shop2.outpost.com/product/5162136?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG)

If this is not the best "bang for the buck" can someone give me a better option?

That's a pretty good deal. It's also mentioned in 2GB of DDR2 for overclocking what to buy (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=124283), along with G.Skill 6400HZ and 6400HK.
The G.Skill 6400HZ use the same ICs but are cheaper, so those would be the best bang for the buck.

Does 800MHz / 3-3-3-1T on EVGA 680i. It's got D9GMH and the performance/overclock is comparable to that of Crucial 10th Anniversary. Very good sticks and good looking, too.

Mine do 980 4-4-4-8 at 1T in my rig 2.25v. Can't get them to do much of anything at CAS 3. Mine don't clock super tight but they do clock high.
