I want to overclock my x1900xt, but like really overclock it by raising the voltages manually on the card.

I have the 256mb x1900xt, and the default voltages are:

Core: 1.4v
Memory: 1.84v

With the stock settings I load at about 65C. I tried 1.475v and loaded at 71C (this is with the stock cooler running at 77% - it's loud as hell, but it's all I've got right now).

I think I need about 1.5v to hit 700+mhz on the core. 702Mhz locked in Ati Tray Tools after 130 seconds or so.

Also, I read somewhere, that if I oc over 700Mhz on the core, that I must overclock the memory as well, or I will not really see any performance benefits. Will the memory running at 770Mhz be fine or will I need to push for 800Mhz?

Which brings me to my next question. Form what I have read, the x1900xt's 256mb use 1.2ns memory which is good for 800Mhz. Does this mean that if I run it at about 800Mhz, or over, I run a good risk of killing the memory (with ok temps)?

Last question: for people who overclocked their x1900s, what were your default voltages, new voltages, and overclocked speeds?

I realized video cards depreciate in value to quickly, and I really want the most that I can get out of mine.

You won't kill the memory, but my 256 x1900xt memory went up to 825 before getting unstable so I ran it at 815. The gpu core scales really well if cooled properly. Using stock cooler with 1.52V I was able to get up to 710ish, but once I water cooled and brought load temps down to 40C from 80C I was able to max it out at 750.
