Okay i got mine today. I'm uber impresed with it! Got the vernier claipers on it asap and shes 35mm wide not the 38mm.

I need to fit 6 of these in my case and idealy side by side!

3.5mm between inside of the case side to the edge of the mid plate, 205mm with case and mid so total 208.5mm...humm. Case is a Lian-Li V2k

What can i do to make it all fit..any ideas?

6X35=210... ;)
That's sorta tough fitting everything in there, the case being 210mm wide, but the side panels... Perhaps you could mutilate the 2 in the middle, so they share one common "wall", that'll shave off about 6mm.

Ya mean cut and rebond?

Tom at chilledpc said about sanding...

sand 4 of them on both sides, then the end 2 can be sannded just on the iinder where it will but up with the others.

Guess i can use 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200,1500, 2000 to get it polished again too

No idea what grade to use to take it down and i'll use my mates sanding machine as it will take sod all time to do it!
