I seem to be getting a bsod on shutdown, the error is as follows:

STOP: 0x0000009F (0x00000002, 0x8593D020,0x85E25B70, 0x00000000)
DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

from what Ive found out it seems to be a driver or a system file that is missing the PoStartNextPowerIrp string or something of that nature according to the M$ knowledge base

Ive tryed disableing all non-critical devicies and restarting a few times with no luck, Ive also tryed updating my MoBo drivers to the nforce 2.03's from whatever came on the disk.

most recently, around the time it started ive installed SWG beta, MusicMatch 8 (uninstalled that), .net service pack 2, and an M-Audio Revolution, ive completely uninstalled the revo, and same thing was happening so I reinstalled that, I uninstalled .net package (and reinstalled it agin after seeing that made no differance either) and Ive also uninstalled and reinstalled SWG beta (although for different reasons)

Ive tryed everything I can think of at this point, anyone have any more ideas?

my system spec is as follows:
Abit NF7-S rev2 w/ 2.03 drivers
Barton 2500+ @ 200x12 @ 2v (I tryed downing my clock just to see if that would help, no luck there)
2 512mb sticks of corsair PC3200
visiontek Geforce3 (origanal) w/ 44.03 drivers (next on upgrade list :) )
M-Audio Audiophile 2496 w/ Delta wdm 510027 drivers
M-Audio Revolution w/ 1015 drivers
intel 536EP v.92 modem
Plexwriter 12x burner

thanks

probly some m$ file is messed up. id make sure your defragged, or run the pc at stock. if you cant get it to run right, then nothing is better for windows then a fresh install. you'll waste to much time trying to fix the eror when an install is only 45mins or less.
