I'm at 3GHz 9 hrs orthos stable with 9x334 FSB. My temps are 20c idle and 49c load with 1.45v vcore and +.2v for FSB and MCH. Is it safe to go +.3v for FSB and MCH and what is the "safe" voltage I should apply for vcore?

Update:
I'm now at 3.2GHz with 9x356FSB. My temps are 24c idle and 59-63c load with 1.57v vcore and +2c for FSB, RAM,MCH and PCI-E. Is it danger to keep my vcore at 1.57V even though my temps are low?

i would be careful with those load temps, you are gettin really close to the max recommended heat specs

i would back off on the vcore, it seems like too much for only 200 mhz bumb

Thats a heck of a lot of voltage for 3GHz! I am running my E4300 on the same board at 9x333 try reducing your mch voltages as they seem far too high if I remember rightly my board is at stock with only Vddr +0.1V and CPU @ ~1.35V and its perfectly stable.
Also what are you using for temperature monitoring? I only trust TAT nothing is accurate with E4300's IMO so I would stick with highest value you get for your CPU temp or you might end up frying it!
