i finally received my Reaper PC2 8500 kit and i was looking forward to testing the heatpipe design to see if it's actually useful,,,, but when i opened the package one of the heatpipes was lying loose in the box :(
i purchased at Newegg, i guess RMA through them is the fastest solution?

Yes, because it should be classified as shipping damage.

so these things have more than just a fancy cooling design eh? this is the first set of RAM i've owned that beat my Ballistix PC2 8000's.
any suggestions on the sub-timings? the ones i'm using are obviously auto.
