I have already had 1 set go bad on me.. so what are the correct setting for this ram? I run 4-4-4-15 at 2.3V at 400mhz is this correct? What Chips are these? also what setting do i need to run 1000mhzs?

What timings can you run? Are you saying this set is bad?

no this set is working.
I am running 2.3Volts 4-4-4-12 400mhz.. is this correct? what timings and voltage do u need to run i t at 1000Mhz

2.3V is the voltage for DDR2-1000 and 4-4-4 timings, are you running 400 at 1:1 or do you have the FSB at 266 and the ram at DDR2-800?

right now I am running 400Mhz 1:1 2.3V 4-4-4-12 is that what i need to run?
