[XC] Xtreme Cruncher

I got this all setup with the help of Gomeler today.. I have to add everyone separately and if you want your user name changed to have the [XC] in front of your existing user name please state it in your post here. So post if you want in:) Also, I am only one person so I'll get as many done asap as I can...

Also, I have made the usergroup White cuz I couldnt find another color that wasnt used or looked good.. I actually like the White to tell ya the truth.. Look at [XC] gomeler's profile (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/member.php?u=17665) to see how it looks...

Edit: If your an XIP, mod or admin I can still have you in this group and even add the [XC] to your user name and have your primary display group as XIP, mod or admin... There are options so just let me know...

Edit2: Poll added for all or none.. Either everyone gets the [XC] in front of their usernames in white or just the white...

I think there may be a limiting factor as they use red for the admins, orange for the supermods, black for the mods and blue for the XIP.s, then CTX uses what purple?

Well the thing is that clans use to have [x] tags, so thats ok for me.
But every other subgroups dont have any tags, only the color is different.

The reason why I dont like it is, that you cant see at the first look who is posting, because a lot of people now start with [XC].

I think we need to inform people of what the white name stands for if not through having an [XC] tag then we need an XC subtitle. I thought one of the main reasons for this is to draw attention to XSDC along with honouring the efforts of those already crunching so to just have a white name is not enough but yes I agree we need a uniform look, either tag or no tag for everyone.

Leave our user names as is.

Just mark XC either in our sigs or our profiles.
The white name will tell those here on XS that we are crunchers, others will see it from our sigs/profiles.

The idea is to have a seperate usergroup for crunchers, and to make others notice this by changing our username-colour to white and/or add [XC] to it.

Question is:

Should the people who are involved in DC have:
A. white usernames only?
B. have [XC] added in front of the white usernames?

I understand and agree with the folks who mentioned that the tag would help advertise. I just like my unsullied username, and think we do a pretty good job of advertising via sigs and whatnot. I also agree that the meaning of the username colors is not very visible board-wide. Possibly making that more visible somehow would also add advertising.
