q6600 temps @ 9x333?

Planning to build a new machine when the Apr-22 price cuts take effect and am thinking really hard about getting a q6600 on a P5B Del. board but wanted to get some feedback from people who have the q6600 temp wise. What are average air temps at 9x333 and can it do that at stock voltage? I was thinking Ninja+ for cooling but am open to suggestions.
