About to click buy but i'd like to know what ICs this kit is using. Is D9GMH still the case on everything over PC2-7200? Also is it an 8-layer PCB like the Flex XLC series? If not is it a BP PCB?

Thanks in advance for the response.

Checked out Bleeding Edge forums and Ryder says they are Micron ICs. Went ahead and ordered a kit.

Great RAM! See my follow up post in my 'P5B Deluxe boot problem w/OCZ FLX' thread.

Very happy with this ram. Was able to run at 1065mhz, 2.35v, 4-4-4-10-25 timings on my QX6700/Commado rig. I tried to get to the next ram multi with it, but I could not get it to run at 1278mhz, tried vdimm up to 2.5, did not want to try any higher.
Here's the kicker. I also just got another pair of OCZ Gold, OCZ2G11002GK PC8800, and tried it in the same rig. Right now, it's running at 1278mhz, 5-5-5-18-42 timings, at 2.5 vdimm. Almost stable. I'm pretty sure that if I gave up a few mhz on the fsb, it would be pretty solid.
God, I love OCZ.

harvshark, I presume you mean 2.5 vdimm and not 1.5, unless you've got some magic DDR3 adapter I don't know about :)

My bad, edited the post. Been tweaking about with vcore on a couple of rigs as well.
