Im currently running 2 512mb fine at stock, (400)

but i have another 2x 512mb,

with everything set to auto in bios, a few minutes after boot up, i get bdod,

ive also tried turned cpc manually to off, to manual disable 1t to 2t,
but still no luck,

when i boot up with 4 sticks, this is the following screen shot form cpuz,

i seem to remeber that running 4 sticks also drops your speed to 333 from 400

which is why its running at 160mhz

oh, and everything is set to stock, cpu, mobo etc

It goes to 166mhz in Auto. In manual you should be able to set it to whatever you want. You could try a couple different things, but are they the same model as the other two pair? Timings the same? Have you tested the new pair by themselves? Tried raising the CAS Latency to 3? A little more voltage?

You should still be able to set them up (in 2T of course). They "may" need slightly more volts and laxed settings but not always.

Also test your 2 good sticks that you were using before, in the other 2 slots. That will tell you if all your slots are good.

I have been running 4x512mb for a couple years now on my Ultra-D.

what are you running yours on

and i will do more testing later, i want to try and get that speed up to ddr3200, rather than ddr2700
