MAC OSX TIGER French/English

Hey,

I recently sold a Software I won, and didn't notice it was French, and the guy is english, but I also know that MAC OS X are bilingual... How bilingual is it? Totally or only translated?

I would need a quick answer... can't find it somewhere else.

A fresh install should let you choose the language. Thats the way its been on all my macs anyway...
