You're bound to be exposed to them when you're a kid. From the Atari's Centipede, to the Mario Bros. on NES. They're inevitable as pr0n, and internet

I've seen quite a few (from childhood TV, to the internet), and none are good. Why are they always so disappointing? :(

because the video games weren't that great either.

the video games were great for their time cause they were cutting edge and brand new(imagine an oblivion or crysis show?)... but overall, weren't that great. i mean, we all enjoy playing mario bros. now and again as a throwback to days gone past, but we would take rounds of Q4 or CS:S over mario any day of the week.

given that, the cartoons often held water for a bit, but after the plot of the game was used up, that was it... they had to make up new plots and episodes and this was generally a fail.

Battletoads didn't suck. *Sniffle*

The game, anyway. I only remember a little about the cartoon they had. Lets just say thats for the better.
