I'm looking for a KVM over IP solution that won't break the bank. So far, the only ones I've been able to find have been pretty pricey.
Anyone have any info?
Thanks!

I have these 4 port KVM,s and they work well. http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?submit=manufactory&catalog=143&manufactory=1693&DEPA=1&sortby=14&order=1

Thanks but I'm specifically looking to go the IP route because I want to avoid even the possibility of video degradation.
I have a standard 4 port KVM switch like the one you pointed to, and it works OK.
But when I hook my monitor directly to my vid card I can definitely tell the difference.
Since the only thing I'm doing with my other boxes is folding I don't really need good video out from them.
But thanks anyway! :)

If I am understanding this correctly, why couldn't you just use a VNC program?
I don't think I'm picking up on KVM over IP.
Someone just pointed me toward VNC, I'm going to give it a try as soon as I get home. It may just do the trick!

I have to agree with Dissolved on this I have 8 rigs running off KVM,s and the video is crystal clear. It may be the cable you are using.

You could be right, could be the cable.
But any way if I can get VNC to work I won't have to worry about it.
