Anyone some expierence with small peltier under the ramheatsink. How many watt are the ram producing?

The core GRU are cooled by an vapochill at -14 and after voltmod to 2.0V (450ohm) it can go 390.
The ram can go 760 without voltmod. I think extra cooling is safer before I race the volt on the ram...

A small peltier under the heatsink? Dunno what you mean. I can tell you that I'm making cold plates for the GF4 4600 and GF3 that covers the ram and GPU together, which you could put a single peltier over or the Vapochill.

Yes, but the Vapochill need isolation, or there will come water condensation.

One big plate? hvat about the rammodules on the other side?

I have made GRU-voltmod (670 ohm) it can go 390-394 100 % stabil.
The Ram have got extra big heatsink, og voltmod (740 ohm)
it kan go 790-796

I just got my XP2200+ an have unlock the 5. L3

watch up....
