Keep googling for this and have seen it a long time ago in the past but the forum I saw it on is regularly pruned.

I took a dremel to my MC14s and wow, the heat from th friction melted the thermal tape so need another method. Surprise surprise, Cilla black I can't find it in the UK.

How ever, what I do have is some AS5 and some epoxy. What kind of mixture do I need to make with the two to make a bond with the VGA RAM but not be permanent?

Thanks :)

Cant find thermal tape in the UK?????

Loads of places do it. RS components do loads of diff types. Ebay has loads

Other than that 50/50 epoxy/AS5 will do ;)

I must be crap at googling :/

Every time I tried thermal tape, or thermal tape for sinks or the like. I kept being displayed with thermal tape for what I think was type writers.

Pretty annoyed, could only find one shop who stocked black 45+ cm SATA cables and it was a shop I've never heard anything of. Needless to say a week has passed an no sign on them.

Yeah, I would.

Especially since the OCZ Ram sinks have been discontinued, a lot of people who upgrade their GPUs may want to use their MC14's again and the tape probably won't allow that.

will look into it today, RS sell the actual tape most companies use for their ramsinks.

You can use AS5 or Ceramique, and the just place a dot of super glue on each of the corners of the MC14.
