I am using a silverston TJ09
Well this is my third set up and I decide to go water after I picked up a pretty sweet e6700 off one of extreme members. I had to make due with the parts I could get in the Vancouver area as I am tired of getting hit with duty bringing items into Canada.

I had a Swiftech MCP655 from a previous set up.

as in the pictures below the rad is pulling air from the inside of the case. Should I be pulling air from outside into the case?
And how much of a difference does it make with better fans on the rad as I am using just regular coolmaster case fans.If someone could tell me the best fans but keeping it quiet!thanks in advance.
Right now I can get this e6700 to boot just over 4ghz and 3980 mhz orthos stable for 20 min or so then it does not fail but reboots. But all games are stable @ 3980mhz. Volts are @ just under 1.6 temps are 67c
I can get it dual load stable @ 3920 @ 1.5v for 6 hours so far(then I stopped it) temps at 60c
do not mind the clutter :)
So let me know how I am doing of anything I can change to make it better(other than replacing hardware :P )--

On boot up the temps are 28 idle 55 load when the cpu is @ 3.8 but I have the volts up high @ 1.6(have not seen how low volts can go @ 3.8) But when I get close to 4ghz the temp start to rise to close to 70c. But I need to switch the fans direction so its pulling outside air through the rad. (and get bette fans) @ 3980 dual prime the top of the case where the air flows from rad gets very warm. The dtek seems to be doing ok but I would like to throw another cpu block against it to really see.

would this be a decent fan?

Update I changed teh flow direction pulling outside air through the rad instead of air from in the case which has dropped the temp more than I expected. I am now running the chip @3874 @ 1.5v full load after 15 min temps are 60c.
I also put two high higher cfm fans on the rad.
