That's exactly the reason why I'm still hesitating with the upgrade to Vista.

Latest ATItool beta works (most of the time) :

My 8800 runs pretty dang fast as it is.... So waiting for someone to develop a program that works with 64bit is not an issue with me. I see so many posts about Vista being a junky, bloated, resource hog when these people either install it on a sub-par system or do not give it a little time to learn your habits is ridicule's. It is the BEST OS I have used bar none and I have had Zero driver issues or problems with the software I use. I am only using 2G's of memory and I have found no reason to install more.

It didn't work for me, the driver would not install but I could control the fans

You can control the fan on your 8800.... i dont even have the option but the OCing part seem to work * most of the time*

Maybe I am mistaken, must have been the Nvidia program I was thinking about controlling fans

Hmm I might go back to Vista now, seing as overclocking looks a bit easier and Creative finally got some Vista compatible drivers out for my card!

Wow:banana:

Yea it works but drivers is not optimize for overclocking yet it seems. The performance gets worse when you try to overclock pass a certain core/mem speed.
