Have you used anything else for testing ?
With my RDX200 it will run anything else for as long as I want to leave it but I 'always' have problems with orthos... ah just seen you have used prime 95 as well.

You could back it off a few on the FSB, or bump up the volts a small amount with the % and Vcore.

I dont know what your cpu is for std volts, but I am using 1.275 volts and 107.2% to give me ~1.369 but I have found using the startup Vcore of 1.4 will make sure there is the power bump for starting, I dont need the start one 9 times out of 10 but it can just hang or not find files for that odd time if not.

I have a chart to help with the % volts I have some just for the RDX200 (I think the expert comes from this) and just one for A64 they are almost the same
