I just built a pc minus os so far and equipted it with 2 gb of corsair xms2x2048 pc2 6400 ddr2 800 memory at 4-4-4-12 timings my question can I add 2 more sticks of 512 3gb total of the same memory same brand same model except 2x 512 instead of 2x 1gb even the timings are the same and voltages and still run in dual channel most importantly be able to overclock then as well.

Mostly depends on your motherboard.

Mixing ICs and different types/sizes/brands/density etc of memory is not advisable. However, the only way to know for sure if it will work is to install the memory and test it. If you add 2 more DIMMs, I'd suggest you manually set the RAM timings to 5,5,5,15 if it won't boot or is unstable at 4,4,4,12. Your voltage should 2.1v Vdimm.
