Theres really nothing better than a Thermalright AX-478

To be honest Ive tried a half dozen socket 478 heatsinks but none of them are better than the Ax-478 but a few are close.

The AX-478 is also one of the easiest to use and is a cinch to install and remove....and its fairly inexpensive ;)

AX478 all the way. Dropped my temps almost 5 C over my Swiftech MCX478. Also I dont like how with the Coolermaster you cannot put a bigger fan on top due to the mounting brackets. I have a 92mm on my AX478 and love the versitility.

I use a fan adapter, www.sidewindercomputers.com sales a nice one, with out the resriction of a normal adapter like plycon sales. It works very nicely, and comes with all the nessicary hardware for mounting, they even offer the extra screws to mount to a MCX462 type heatsink for a buck.

I just ordered me a MCX4000 so I am going to give that a shot, but I absolutely love the AX478, I am just a nut when it comes to new heatsinks. I have been though the stock, Thermaltake Dragon Orb(not very good), Thermaltake Volcano 7+(would not fit on my board), Swiftech MCX478(great heatsink), Thermalright AX478(the best to date), and now the MCX4000. And thats just for my P4:D

I will let you know when I get it. I probally wont install it for a couple of weeks though, with the hassle of having to remove the mobo and all. Btw, what do you mean my O/C score?
