By my puter ,

When i try to put 400mhz, the computer just does nothing without the beep that say it start the good routine, the screen just says no signel and turn off, the computer stays on and i need to power it off - power on and it says Overclock Failed , F1 , F2, you know..

Intel CORE 2 E6600 B2 1.4125(in bios) / Real - 1.400-1.392
Asus P5W DH 1901
G.SKILL F2-6400CL4-1GBPK 2GB 2X1 Dual Mode 2.00V

Performance mode : AUTO
HyperPath 3 : Disable
Dram Throttling Threshold: Disabled
Cpu Internal Thermal Control : Auto
Execute Disable Fuction : Enabled
Virtualilstion : Enabled
Intel SpeedStep Tech : Disabled

Pci Express Frequency : 100Mhz
Pci Clock Synchronization : 33.33Mhz

CPU Multi : 8
FSB : 390FSB 1:1
Dram Frequency : 780
Fsb Termination Voltage : Auto
MCH Voltage : 1.75
ICH Voltage : 1.20

Memory Timings :

5-5-5-15
TWRC i think - 5

One question, Is it possible that i will have crashes in games after maybe 30-40min with just freeze and sound loop, and couple seconds after BSOD, because of timings and voltage with high fsb ?
I had crashes with 4-4-4-12 and 390FSB 2.00, evertyhing above is same.
i did try to 2.10, still didnt help.
Could the timing fix it with 1:1 390FSB or do i need to change it to 1:2 or other multiplier? because this mem by SPD support 5-5-5-15 with 1:1 400MHZ, by CPUZ. i just want to know if timings could fix the bsod, because its always freeze and bsod with nvidia loop (Nv4disp.dll) and sometimes just hang with sound loop and sometimes with nothing.
It did pass ORTHOS with the Mem test for 12hrs, with 4-4-4-12 timings and 390FSB.

Please help,, i dunno what to do, i gave you full details.
My rest of the spec is in my Sig.

Thanxx

what are your CPU temps and NB/SB temps?

RAM speed and timings look good, try to lower the multi on ur CPU to see if its the FSB capping out or your CPU

The temp in bios cpu is 32C

the MB is 41

in windwos cpu load is 58
MB is 47

i tried the muliplier , it still doest want to boot.

bump your PCI express freq to 104Mhz or 105Mhz
and try 401 or 405Mhz FSB

you MB temp seems very high, do you have a temp probe for your NB? the MB sensor does not measure the NB temps, try to get those temps down with better cooling, add a fan or two to get some more air flow on the heatsink.

Ok, i could pass now 400 with more voltage to cpu.

memory can be 1.90 4-4-4-12 at 400mhz 1:1

What is the Best temp should the cpu be on Load ? not to pass 59 ? or should be 55 ?

because i must change the cooling if i want it to work on 3.20, now its on 380FSB and it works pretty good with no problems.

only more voltage required, on 1.4500 it can boot with 400FSB, lower then that it just cold boot with no screen and just hang doing nothing, i need to turn off and turn back on it says overclock failuer , click F1 F2.

So i am gonna buy ThermalTake VX 120, i want something that doesnt require to pull the motherboard out, i just want to pull the intel cooling out and stuck the new one in, nothing more then that.

What should i put on FSB Termanation ?

and what is the option Enabled USB Hand-off ? should it be Disabled or Enabled .
