E4300 on GA-965P-DS4 rev 3.3 - any clues?

Hello everyone.

I have c2d E4300 on Gigabyte GA-965P-DS4 rev 3.3, Bios F8 and...

...cant boot up mobo with any FSB upper than 390 :D (i mean even od x6, x7 CPU multipliers)

It runs stable 370x9 (3330 MHz), 1,45 Vcore. It had runned orthos stable 379x9 (3,4) also on 1,45 V. Anyway i could probably go lower with Vcore - but i didnt even try :)

I had read posts with ppl goin 450+ FSB on this motherboard. And i just wonder why i cant. :) Tried also on second mobo, and other one E4300. Today i'll try also E6600.

Its not a RAM fault - I have OCZ 800 S.O.E. 5-5-5-15 easily makin 986 MHz, so on lowest divider - RAM shouldn't make any problems.

Ist not a PSU fault - i have a good PSU :)

Second thing - this CPU were running 3,4 GHz Orthos stable for 11 hrs on rev 1.0 of this board. Now it runs stable for like 30 - 40 minutes, and then !bang! restart :|

Looks like PSU not givin enought power - but thats not the case. I know that this CPU can do it stable. What can cause thie reboot? Mosfet/motherboard power stabilizers runnin too hot?

And last thing - where can i get any beta bios for DS4? I cant find it anywhere oO

I saw a mass of posts with F9 and F10 bioses - but i didnt saw single one saying where can i download one :)

same with me...i'm using DS3P Rev.2.0 and hit FSB wall at 380 MHz. Stable is 370 Mhz x7. Now i'm looking for Window Car Defrogger Grid Kit to pin mod my E4300 run default at 266 Mhz x 7.

PS : i already try my E4300 with RD600 and it can easy overclock to 410 Mhz x7 with 266 straps.

just bought permatex defoger kit, but not tested it anyway

you got the adhesive, right ?? I dunno if it's works, because it's different from Defogger Grid Kit. But i'll try it anyway
