Im trying to find exact Bios settings for a 3.6 ghz overclock. I understand everyones combo's will be different. I have 1004 bios version.
Does anyone have Bios screenshots I could view?
My timing on my ram is supposed to be 5-5-5-12 How can i get this right?
what should my Dram Freq be set at? And then what should the memory voltage be set at?
Ive gotten a 3.6ghz overclock just never stable.
Can anyone help?

I Have a:
E6600, P5B Deluxe Wi-Fi 1004 BIOS
Corsair DDR20-800 PC6400 2 GIGs
Scythe Infinity
And a good sound card to take the weight off my north bridge.

what are you using for cooling on your CPU/NB/SB and what temps do you have?

for 800MHZ or higher RAM leave the timings to AUTO
and use a ram freq below 1066
dont go abobe 1.55vcore
use 2.2v RAM
1.6v NB
1.2V SB
400Mhz FSB

ok you need to go to 401 or above 400 is the very top of the 1066 strap. you will find it is much much easier to run above 401 than to run 400. set ram 1:1 because auto will occasionally try to set you to 4:5 or ddr 1000 which would be a stretch for stock volts. for setting ram go to chipset config under advanced in bios select disable on the spd setting and set the ram manually also disable spread spectrum. i recommend using auto for all volts except cpu and ram.
