Can some one recomend a good reservior that i can mount in a 5 1/4 " bay
And whats the best thing to use to get a UV blue color to the water and still be efective ? I been looking at Pentosin G11. would that do ? what % mixture 5% ?10% ? to 90-95% distiled water ?

pentosin is not UV reactive. Pick up some UV fluid as well. I am using the alphacool in my loop

Alphacool (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=303&products_id=4485)

or

Dye-Lite (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=303&products_id=2740)

Here ya go: This res (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=318&products_id=20554) fits in a 5¼" bay, is clear, is predrilled for LED's.
James is correct, Pentosin by itself is not UV reactive, you'll need to add some dye for that effect.

ok i went to a local shop to look at the alphacool . i decided against it . just not what id like to use . I seen this Innovatek Fass-O-Matic Barrel Header Tank (http://www.frozencpu.com/products/2220/ex-res-73/Innovatek_Fass-O-Matic_Barrel_Header_Tank_-_Black_Color_500508.html?tl=g30c97s165) and love it but it has a Anodized Aluminum Body . Is it safe to use this with the copper in the rad . I thought mixing copper and aluminum was a bad idea ? anyone know or use this res ? id realy like to use it if its practicable. ive seen the Alphacool Bullseye and like that also but i dont find it for sale here in the states . anyone usin that and know where i can get one here.

The nicest bay mount reservoirs that I have seen are made by nikhsub1. He might have a few left so you might try to PM him.

Actual , im now think of a top mount res. i realy dont know if i should trust the Anodized Aluminum of the Innovatek Fass-O-Matic Barrel (http://www.frozencpu.com/products/2220/ex-res-73/Innovatek_Fass-O-Matic_Barrel_Header_Tank_-_Black_Color_500508.html?tl=g30c97s165)
I like the Alphacool Cape Bullseye PRO (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=318&products_id=21255) just cant seem to find it except at performance-pcs
If anyone can tell me if this is a good performer and if performance-pcs is the best place to order it ? I think this is what ill use !
As far as the pentosin go's i will see how it looks and if i need to add a UV dye i have some dye lite blue to take care of that .

Swiftech MCres Micro? Its so small you shouldn't worry too much about mounting.

yes i agree and i actualy have one . although a good design i honestly i just dont like the look . It dont have any bling . the Alphacool Cape Bullseye PRO looks better and if it performs good id like to use it mounted in the top of my case . Otherwise ill just use Swiftech MCres Micro and get over the looks .

What is the bullseye made from? If it is aluminum I'd steer clear of it.

According to this description:
http://www.arcticmod.com/computer-mod/alphacool-cape-bullseye-reservoir-black.htm, at least one of the bullseye reservoirs is
Solid POM (PolyOxyMethylene) Plastic
The other bullseyes are "anodized" which tells me the're probably alluminum.

Id like to get this orderd today Alphacool Cape Bullseye PRO (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=21255:0456a77a61a4da2c1680377c72126de2 )(Polyoxymethylene) the only thing stopping me is im worried that i will have a hard time with bubbles in my loop . Can anyone tell me if im worried for nothing or if my worries are just ?
Id be mounting it to the top of the case not in a front bay .

Go for it d00d.
You'll initially have bubbles in your loop regardless of the reservoir you select. I'm with the SerialKiller on this one. MCRES-Micro would be my first choice if you're space constrained. EK would be my choice otherwise.

The Micro-Res bleeds the system fast and is very quiet. A++++++++

Im not real space constrained and i totaly agree about the micro res ! I just want to step away from the ordinary . I like that i can mount it to the top of the case also .This is why im looking at the alphacool cape bullseye (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=21255:0456a77a61a4da2c1680377c72126de2 )(Polyoxymethylene) . I just would like to know if it will cause any real problems ? Other than it possibly taking a little extra time to bleed the loop. That i can deal with .

I built a few water cooled systems in the past and never even used a reservoir. I just used a "Y" fitting and brought a tube to the top of the case and attached one of those DangerDen fittings to the top of the case. Always worked great and one less thing to go wrong... LOL

Reservoirs are performance killers... I say eliminate the res and go with the flow!

I am in love with the cape bullseye... I have wanted one for quite awhile but could never find a place to get it. I then found it on performance PC-s and ordered one right away.

BTW performance-pcs has awesome customer service. I do not hesitate to order from them even though I am in canada a few thousand miles away from them.

So no problem with bleeding , flow , gurgling ect... ?

Nice ! i orderd one lastnight from performance-pcs . i realy like it as far as i can tell with out it in my hands or more important in my PC . How did you mount yours ? in a 5.25 bay or up top to the case ? I will be mounting it up top to the case and most likely using 2 of the bottom barbs .

I mounted it in drive bays. I will be doing some more layout and testing later in the week. I will take some pics and post up here with them.
