Here is one did a few weeks ago. Just used clockgen to up fsb from my 24/7 settings in sig. Highest I could go without adding more vcore. No tweaks, even left windowblinds running.

This is where I can see that I need to get Dominators, this 5400C4
Ram is ok but I cant imagine how this would look with tighter timmings
that 5.5.5.15 on DDR667 Ram.

Hey kiwi - I kinda like your results. I'd be glad to have your not so good scores for myself. Your getting some killer FSB out of that chip and your memory is screaming.:eek: Are you using a P5B ? What ram?

Yeah, modded p5b dlx but it has a limit at around 555 :( At least on good air chipset cooling. Ram is cellshock pc8000 4-4-4. Cooling DI :)

Im thinking of hooking up my chiller and see what she can do but not sure yet if its worth while.... Any idea what Ill get if I run -20c water in this? I*ll have to buy a block, hose etc and Im not sure if the $$$ spent is woth the effort for a day of benching....

i dont remember exactly but it should be

vcore=1.6875v
vmch=1.55v
vfsb=1.45v
vdimm=2.7v ( prolly too much... i just set it there w/ benching)
vsb1=1.7v
vsb2=1.2v

cpu config= disable all

That was my first time using DICE using the first pot i made..... I think with a better pot my cpu can go alot higher, will test my new pot next week if I can fix the leak lol..... just learned how to solder:D

well i guess ill join the club and post mine, these were at 4410mhz on my quadgt under mach IIgt, the ram was 1:1 4-4-4-12, didnt mess with it to much, could prob get a tad lower if i tightened the timings a bit

Quick test Under Futur 3 Stages of Overcrash , made By Skirms_fr And in test !!

super Pi crashed after 16 loop @ 590*9 .. and i had not enough time to play with 3 stages @ skirms 's House :D

I was only there to Say Hello to skirms and pick up my new R507/R1150 2 stages :toast:

I've run a sub 13s on water, i've got a phase unit now and just waiting for the DFI P965 to become available and i'll give it another go, should hopefully break 12s :)

BND|MOD i had L639F and i never seen such a bad E6600.It was stable at 3.2@1.55v but nothing more.It wont post at 3.3ghz however, even if i give him a 1.65v:slapass:

RAM is at 800MHz, 4-4-4-12, 1.9v (Corsair XMS2)

I only have a Thermalright Ultra-90 so I used a Vantec Tornado to get those scores and my idle temperatures were still 53/52 (with SpeedStep/C1E disabled).

EDIT: Looks like I did it all wrong. I guess I'll pull out the ol' Vantec Tornado to get a checksum later...yes, I'm an overclocking n00b.

First of most E6600 will do 3.4-3.6, some will do 4ghz on watercooling, forget 4ghz on air as it will require some hefty voltages and heatoutput will be too high, safe region is 3.2-3.6 and keep coretemps below 60°C... on air that is ...

Well sorry to inform you that's not the point of this thread... I'm sure the above guy doesn't run his rig at 5ghz all the time, we just want to see fast SuperPi times not stability at 12 hours...
