View Full Version : CoreTemp And TAT under Vista Ultimate 32-bit?

Hi!
I cannot get these 2 programs to run under Vista Ultimate 32-bit.
TAT tells me (or windows) that only the administrator can run it
How do I run it?
CoreTemp....(The driver failed to load)
Basically, the temperature is shown as a steady 100c

or kill UAC and just run it like xp

UAC should be the first thing to disable with Vista..

It's under User accounts and settings.
How can I gain ownership of the file or make sure that it can run under my account without right clicking on it and choosing RUN AS ADMIN?

Got it, there is a box under properties that allows it to be run as the ADMIN, Always!

MY coretemp is also not working, for the same reason.

Nevermind guys, Both TAT and CoreTemp now work after disabling the Vista Account Protection setting
