Power To Them All

Hmm this may be a newb question but I need to know! How in the world do you power all of these fans? Before I blew my PSU (Went over the 12v Rail..Heh whoops) I just soldered the wires onto the power wires and slipped them back into the molex. My Mobo only has 1 3-Pin Fan Mount, and another for the Heatsink Fan. So how are all of you powering all of these fans?

i generally don't plug any fans into the motherboard unless i have to.

you can pick up 3 > 4 pin converters for fairly cheap. i'd say this would be the best route if you don't have enough 3 pin plugs on your motherboard.
