I am looking for a new motherboard that will allow me to reach as close to 400fsb as possible with these older boards. I would like to get it from newegg if possible but it doesn't have to be from there. I have heard that DFI boards are made for certain types of memory so I really have no idea which of those I should consider. I have 4 sticks of Crucial Ballistix RAM (512):

My processor is an Opteron 165.

The RAM sticks are all new, newegg is sending me replacements because some of them completely died on me and the others had started having small problems. Some motherboards I am considering are:

and I really wanted a DFI CFX3200-DR, but they don't sell that on newegg any more :(

I have a single ATI x1900XTX graphics card and this is mostly a gaming machine, but I don't plan on going crossfire or upgrading my graphics card in any way until my next system (waiting until AM3 comes out), so it doesn't necessarily have to be a crossfire chipset.

Do any of you have any suggestions on which motherboard I should get (doesn't have to be one of those links)? Oh, and in case you didnt already know, I need a 939 socket MB.

EDIT: I did find a DFI CFX3200 that is new for $115, so if any of you think that is the way to go, I need to know within 24 hours otherwise I wont be able to get it any more.

if you dont mind the potential for problems with the uli sata controller, go for it. if you want to run sata 2, youll either have to take a chance with uli, use the sata 1 sil controller, or buy a seperate pci sata controller card.

Well I am running sata 2 and I would prefer to not have any problems where I have to spend any more money because I am trying to save for a new computer at the end of the year and also for a new car...
