Any differences between them apart from core/memory clocks (and 64mb on the ti4200)? Im wondering whether to get a 4200 or 4400 instead of the 4600. Would save me around £100 so i could go rambus....

Yeah the 4400 is just a slower 4600 often has slower ram as well...

but physically the same.

usually the 4600 has 3.xns ram, 4400 has 4ns ram and 4200 has 4.xns ram....

the newer 4600s are now coming thru with 2.x ns ram I think from what I read somewhere on the net today... opp or icee could probably give more precise figures...

Interesting Marci..... I've just pulled apart my system to get chip markings and what not, and my Asus Ti4400 has 3.6ns ram on it. :D

ti4600 => 2.8ns
ti4400 => 3.6ns
Ti4200 => 4ns or 3.6 or 3.5ns for 64MB models
