Fat bodies mostly will be 2 X 512Mb there is some people prefers them for benching sessions but IMO it is not worth it

For the other D9s the difference is not that big for instance the top Corsair modules use GMH, IMO best options are

G.Skill PC6400HZ for about 290$ at the egg mostly GMH

Cruical Ballistix PC8000 340$ at the egg also mostly GMH

CellShock PC8000C5 was about 370$ or something like that GKX + 8 layers PCB

All can be found in my sig

And if you are a Corsair or OCZ guy

You can get the OCZ PC8000 platinum was 350$ after rebate last time I checked or the Corsair PC8500 dominator around 360$ rebates

Kemo in my near market I have found Trancend DDR2 667 1GB that used D9GMH chips but it dont have heatsink and I dont know how is it PCB
price is 115$ then I should buy "G.Skill HZ" or "Trancend 667 + aftermarket Heatsink"

With the amount of voltage well pull over the D9s it is not worth the risk with Trancend memory
IMO G.Skill is better and you get great warranty and support

Let me gripe a moment about RAM (and other) pricing here in the UK. The exchange rate at the moment is around $1.90 to £1. But in the US, when you pay $360 (£190) for a Cellshock kit, we pay £280 ($532). Crucial is even more expensive - and it's a UK company, but a $339 (£178) kit costs us £329 ($625)! And my lovely HZ 1000 kit cost me £360 ($684) last year. Don't whine about the cost of parts over the pond, guys, you have it cheap.

And someone over here is getting very rich at our expense.

Or aint the UK part of the free traffic of people and goods between the nations?

Included. A cheap PC8000 C4 set in Germany would be approx euro 350 which is about 450 usd.

Edit: yes, but delete the "free". Think import duty...

Sorry if I've digressed in this thread. D9GKX ftw :woot:
