Dear OCZ

I've sent few mails to ask RMA and i still get no reply from sean and now i don't know what to do

because 2 kits i've received from OCZ in california are defected

1 PC7200 443X 2x1GB
1 PC6400 55515 1x1GB

i've tested them on 3 different systems

the 1st kit has a dead stick
and the 2nd kit is dead no post either

and i still have 2 more kits to send but i get no reply so now I wonder if I can receive some informations here on what to do

i have these kits to send back

2x PC7200 4-4-3 2x1

1x PC6400 5-5-5-12 EL 2x1

1x PC6400 5-5-5-12 1x1GB

to be honest it's more than 2 weeks that i've sent the first eMail got a reply only friday after i've resent the same eMail thursday

now i got a "reply" from sean
